Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after the order is placed.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact details provided during checkout.

Delivery Timeline

We offer free shipping on all USA orders.

Estimated delivery time for USA orders is 7–10 working days after dispatch.

Please note: Since this is international shipping, once the order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier/logistics partner, we will not be able to directly control courier delays, customs delays, routing delays, failed delivery attempts, or delivery timing. However, we will support you with tracking and coordination wherever possible.

Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address, phone number, and email address at checkout.

If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or undelivered due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, wrong phone number, or customer unavailability, Quitci will not be responsible for the loss or additional shipping charges.

If reshipping is required, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible because the shipment enters the international courier process.

If the customer rejects the order, provides an incomplete address, gives an incorrect phone number, or is unavailable to receive the order, no refund or cancellation will be accepted after dispatch.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

• Product damaged during shipping
• Wrong item received
• Expired product received
• Manufacturing defect

To claim a replacement, a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video of the package is required.

Returns will not be accepted if the product is opened, used, tampered with, or not in its original packaging.

Claims must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Claims raised after 3 days will not be accepted.

Return Approval

If your return/replacement request is approved, we will guide you through the next steps.

For approved cases, we may either arrange a replacement or provide another suitable resolution depending on the issue.

Refund Policy

Refund Conditions

We do not offer refunds unless:

• The product is out of stock
• We are unable to fulfill the order
• A refund is specifically approved by our support team due to a valid fulfillment issue

Refunds are not provided for:

• Not liking the taste
• Allergic reactions or sensitivity to the product
• Inability to understand or use the product
• Not seeing expected results
• Incorrect address entered by the customer
• Incorrect phone number entered by the customer
• Customer rejection after dispatch
• Delays caused by international shipping or customs
• Complaints raised after the allowed claim period
• Non-compliance with product usage instructions

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank, card provider, or payment provider.
